Information we collect
We do not offer accounts. We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural tracking. When you visit, we send a one-time, low-sensitivity website-entry event for the browser session. It contains the site host and path, a random session event ID, and whether an advertising parameter was present; it does not contain your email, message, referrer, or full query string.
When you contact us
If you email us or submit the Support form voluntarily, we receive the address and information you provide. We use it to understand and respond to your enquiry, maintain necessary correspondence, and protect our legal interests.
Website delivery and security
Our hosting provider may process routine request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and security signals, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use that information to build advertising profiles.
Product websites
Lentist and Wallura are separate product experiences. Their data practices are described in the privacy notices available through the relevant product website or app.
Retention and disclosure
We retain voluntary correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records, security, or legal obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to service providers that support secure business operations.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information contained in your correspondence, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable law provides that right.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
